"GEORGE MAVITZIS"....black & white wedding

This wedding took place near the end of my 2012 season, and even though the fall colours were present,I wanted to save this b&w presentation exclusively for it.Let me explain. As I was photographing the day,I just kept visualizing the images in b&w. The couple received a combination of both colour and b&w images from me, but as always with all my clients,I felt I had the responsibility of showcasing what I felt had inspired me. At the end of the day it's the essence of each couple that truly inspires me. Only in this manner can I keep my photography true and authentic from wedding to wedding..

George Mavitzis Photography | Declaration in Dubai

Yes..Dubai, being invited there was a wonderful treat. A few familiar faces and a few new friends. My days there began with a wonderful yacht outing, followed by a very elegant event on PierChic, literally in the middle of the sea! Fireworks were brought in with the Naval firemen and I can say that after my 26 years as a wedding photographer, never seen such a show.

The dress was definitely suited for the red carpet, come to think of it the whole three day affair was red carpet quality! I didn't bare bring my cameras to the desert, but trust me it was an experience I will never forget.

There are rumors that I will be invited back for DIFF..keeping my fingers crossed...
