Montreal Orchard Garden Backyard Wedding | Unscripted Genuine Wedding Montreal Photography

Majestic orchard and charming stables located in St. Lazare, Quebec, provided a breathtaking backdrop for this couple’s unforgettable wedding celebration. A beautifully designed, expansive tent was elegantly set up, crafted from luxurious sailcloth that billowed gently in the breeze. Numerous family members and close friends gathered to witness the heartfelt ceremony, which took place in a picturesque garden where we also captured stunning portraits of the couple. After exchanging vows and tying the knot, the couple strolled away into the enchanting surrounding forest, only to reemerge for the lively and colorful cocktail hour. Just a short walk through the stunningly beautiful field, and the festive celebration was set to begin. As a dedicated Montreal wedding photographer, I find myself surrounded by an array of stunning locations and exclusive private properties, each brimming with picturesque lakes, expansive fields, and enchanting forests. This natural beauty provides the perfect canvas for capturing the most memorable moments of your special day.

Film Wedding Photography | Montreal Editorial Styled Weddings

That was the intriguing challenge that I gravitated to early in my wedding career. How could I capture spontaneous but truthful images on film in the fast moving day of a wedding. It was a wonderful period., where I broke away from the boring world of staged wedding photography and created my own niche at the time. Then digital hit the scene and slowly the magic of film disappeared. It’s had a come back in the form of point and shoot cheap cameras. Which is okay., but being lucky enough to have held onto my professional gear, I can once again capture  genuine and discerning images for my couples.
