Everyone has a story, everyone’s story has the high and the lows, and a wedding allows for it all to come together with reflection and appreciation. For what we have and for what we can give, simple or grand it doesn’t matter, as long as it is genuine to it’s core. My cameras have seen many of these stories, my eyes always wandering for these highs and the lows. Wedding photography is the theatre I spend a lot in both the shadows backstage and in the spotlight on stage celebrating with my brides and grooms.
As a wedding photographer the question is, “what if it rains on my wedding day?” It rained for almost the whole day but you would never know it by looking at these pictures. The Old Mansion House in Georgeville has a wrap around porch which allowed for many beautiful pictures and moments. The truth is that with this super chill and beautiful couple surrounded by family and close friends were the ones who made you forget the rain.
A huge write up isn’t really necessary with what is obvious in this beautiful urban Montreal wedding. When wedding photography borders looking like a wedding editorial fashion shoot I have nothing to add. The couple did express that they loved genuine images, bringing a smile to my face.
